RECIPE INSPIRATION
Every BĀKD cookie recipe is developed to surprise and satiate even the most discerning sweet tooth. The heterogeneous balance of flavors and textures in every cookie is intended to keep your taste buds excited for what the next bite will bring! Sweet, of course, but also a touch salty, maybe a bit tart, kinda melty-creamy, crispy and definitely chewy-crunchy. Perhaps even a 'lil spicy at times, just to keep things interesting.
We curate our collection of house flavors to conjure feelings of nostalgia like you've never tasted before. Weighing in at one full ounce, each BĀKD cookie is devourable in 3-4 bites. Their carefully balanced flavors and satisfying mouth feel will have you digging in till you reach the bottom of the bag!

COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
All of BĀKD's doughs are made from scratch in small batches using high-quality, flavor-rich ingredients, like house-made brown butter, vanilla bean paste, pure cane sugar and espresso powder. Before being blended with any mix-ins, doughs are rested for a full two days for natural flavor and texture development. (Psst... That's where the magic really happens.) With such carefully crafted doughs, damn right the chocolates are premium, the nuts are toasted and the fruits are real.
As part of our commitment to quality, we use organic, non-GMO and fair trade ingredients whenever we can. As part of our commitment to be good stewards of the planet and supportive members of the communities we serve, we also do our best to source as close to home as possible.
